Ginger

One of the medicinal plants with health benefits and a condiment widely used in gastronomy. Its seasonal availability is between the months of July to February.

EXPORTABLE:

  • CAT 1 > 50 gr.
  • CAT 2 > 80 gr
  • CAT 3 > 100 gr or more

It is considered for export as a conventional / organic product

Conservation: Controlled temperatures of 12 – 14°C, and humidity of 65 to 75%.

The presentation can be in cardboard boxes of 13.6 Kg net or in plastic baskets of 7.5 kg net, with respect to cardboard boxes, the container is loaded with 1440 boxes distributed in 20 pallets or 2400 plastic baskets, also distributed in 20 pallets

Where do our gingers come from?

Ginger in Peru is grown in the Central Jungle, mainly in the Junín region (satipo, pichanaki, mazmari, pangoa, among others)
